How this website works, and what you agree to when you contact us or opt in to texts and emails. Written to be read.

These Terms and Conditions are between NorthFork Digital LLC of Castle Rock, Washington (“NorthFork Digital”, “we”, “us”) and you. They apply when you browse northforkdm.com, submit a form, book a call, or communicate with us by text, email, or phone. Using this website or contacting us means you accept these terms.

If you hire us, our Legal Policy and your signed quote govern the service engagement. Where a signed agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement wins.

Short version: contact us and we respond by phone, text, or email. Texts happen only with your consent, STOP always works, and your number is never sold.

2. Using This Website

  • The content on this site is owned by NorthFork Digital or its licensors. Read it, share links to it, quote it with credit. Do not copy pages wholesale or pass the content off as your own.
  • Do not use the site to send spam, probe or attack the site, scrape contact data, or do anything illegal.
  • Site content is general information about our services, not legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation.
  • Links to third-party sites (for example Google Business Profile or review platforms) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

3. Forms, Booking, and Your Information

When you submit a contact form, request an audit, or book a call on this site:

  • Your submission goes into our customer relationship management platform (HighLevel) so we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation.
  • By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that NorthFork Digital may contact you by phone call and text message at that number about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
  • We use your information to respond to you and deliver services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

4. Text Message (SMS) Terms

NorthFork Digital sends text messages such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on quotes and questions, and missed-call text-backs.

  • How you opt in: by submitting a form on this site that discloses text contact, by texting our business number (360) 835-6993 first, or by giving us verbal consent on a call.
  • Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message and texting stops. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.
  • Need help? Reply HELP, email contact@northforkdm.com, or call (360) 835-6993.
  • Your mobile number and your opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Short version: you text us or ask us to text you, we text back. Reply STOP and it ends. Your number stays with us.

5. Email Communications

  • We send emails you would expect: replies to your inquiry, booking confirmations, reminders, and information you asked for.
  • Marketing or newsletter emails go only to people who opted in, and every one carries an unsubscribe link that works.
  • Want off a list? Click unsubscribe or email contact@northforkdm.com and we remove you.

6. Phone Calls and AI Assistants

  • If you leave your number, we may call you back about your inquiry. No cold-call lists, no robocalls.
  • Some first responses and follow-ups are drafted or handled by AI assistants that we configure and supervise. A human reviews the conversation and takes over for anything that matters.
  • Prefer human-only contact? Say so and we honor it.

7. Client Service Terms

Payment, ownership, cancellation, and the rest of the working relationship are covered in our Legal Policy and in your written quote. Signed agreements override both pages wherever they differ.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. Reading it takes five minutes and it is written in the same plain English as this page.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided as-is. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, NorthFork Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or these communications, and any liability connected to paid services is limited as stated in the Legal Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Meaningful changes to how we text or email you are communicated before they apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Washington State law. Disputes get a good-faith conversation first; anything beyond that is handled in the courts of Cowlitz County, Washington.
