What does AI Crew Training cost?

How is this different from a free AI seminar?
Three ways. It runs on your real quotes, calls, and invoices instead of generic examples. You leave with one automation actually running on your business. And you get 30 days of follow-up support, which is the part that makes it stick. A seminar ends when the room empties.
Do we need paid ChatGPT or Claude accounts?
The free plans work on training day, and the setup uses the downloaded apps so memory and saved knowledge carry over. If an upgrade is worth it for your team, I will name the one plan worth paying for and why. Nothing is required up front.
Will the crew actually use it afterward?
That is what the design is for. Everyone works their own real jobs during the session, the winning prompts get saved inside the apps before we leave, every attendee keeps a printed setup card, and every question for 30 days is included. Habits form in the first month, so that month is covered.
What is the Claude Code option?
Claude Code is the same AI running on a computer where it can work with real files: a folder of invoices, spreadsheets, monthly reports. It fits the owner, office manager, or bookkeeper, not the field crew. It is included as a track in the Full-Day Deep Dive or quoted as a follow-up session.
What happens after the 30 days?
Most owners keep a pro on call with the AI Roadmap and Advisor retainer, from $250 a month: your questions answered, the playbook kept current, and one new automation or fix built every month. It is optional and month-to-month.
